Here's a couple of pictures from the event:

We heard from Blake a couple of days ago and he says he's spending a lot of time in the gym now. There's a Sgt that has promised him that he would have a "6 pack" by the time he gets home, and he seems a lot more dedicated to making sure this happens than Blake is. A "6 pack" I've learned is a very muscular abdomen. My own abdomen is not nearly as muscular BECAUSE of the 6 packs, but that's a story for another blog.
He says that many of the members of his unit will start rotating back to the U.S. in May, and of course, he hopes to be one of those lucky first few, but the rest will come back in June and a few in July. He's fairly confident it will be May or June that he will finally come back, but isn't saying anything for certain until he gets his orders. Wise man.
He wanted me to tell everyone Hi and thanks for all the thoughts and prayers you've been sending his way. He is doing very well, and time is going by quickly now with his schedule of work, sleep, eat and do it all again 7 days a week.
Take care and I promise it won't be so long till the next post, so keep checking back.
